There are thousands of species of Ants Control but the most common ones in the UK are Garden ants (also known as Black ants), Ghost ants, Pharoah’s ants, and Argentine ants.
All Ants have the main divisions of the body (head, thorax, abdomen) distinctly separated by very narrow waists and have a sharp elbow joint in their antennae. They are highly organized social insects. It is the foraging worker Ants Control that invade buildings in search of food and are attracted to sweet foodstuffs such as sugar, crumbs, and sweets which they take back to the nest to feed to the larvae and queen.
Flying Ants Control are reproductive males and females.
How We Can Help?
We treat Ants Control where ever they are by using residual insecticides and gel baits.
Before Our Visit:
The property must be vacuumed and cleaned throughout.
All items such as shoes, bags, etc. should be taken off the floor especially at floor and wall junctions
During Our Visit:
Please keep away from the treated property at least for 3-4 hours or until completely dry depending upon weather temperature.
After Our Visit:
Do not sweep, brush, mop, vacuum, or clean the area that has been sprayed for at least 14 days. This is to let the insecticide work through the insect’s life cycle which we are trying to break.
To avoid future infestation
- seal entry points off.
- Keep food in air-tight containers.
- Keep floors clean.
- If after 14 days there is still activity then a second treatment may be required.
- All second treatments are charged at 50% of the cost for the first treatment.
